Kincaid Auto Repair & Sales, LLC is Hiring a Paint Prepper Near Milford, NH

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a paint prepper who will be responsible in preparing all vehicles for the refinishing process. This position would include potential to become a backup painter.

Compensation:

  • Negotiable; depends on experience
  • Hourly and/or Flat Rate

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly reviews each repair order prior to beginning work on vehicle
  • Completes all paint preparation processes for vehicles
  • May prime, edge or jam replacement parts
  • Knows how to properly sand and prep for paint, new parts and blend panels
  • Knows how to properly sand and featheredge surface for primer
  • Able to properly block panels for refinishing
  • Able to mask and spray coats of primer
  • Able to mask all panels and cover car to minimize tapelines and overspray on the vehicle

  • Valid driver’s license
